Why are my listings stuck on a loading spinner?

Occasionally the app opens and listings or your account keep spinning without ever loading. It's a known issue we're aware of and actively investigating. The reliable fix is to fully close the app and reopen it.

How do I fully close the app?

Open your phone's app switcher (swipe up from the bottom and hold on most phones, or double-press the home button on older iPhones), then swipe the TradeSoft app away to force-close it. Reopen it from your home screen and everything should load normally.

It's still not loading after a restart. What now?

If the problem persists after a full close and reopen, email help@tradesoft.app and let us know your phone model and roughly when it happened. That detail helps us track down the cause.

Listings or account not loading

The symptom

Every so often, when you open TradeSoft, the listings feed or your account gets stuck on a continuous loading spinner and never finishes loading. The app isn't crashed, it just sits there spinning.

The fix: fully close and reopen the app

The reliable workaround is to fully close the app and open it again:

Open your phone's app switcher: on most phones, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle; on older iPhones with a home button, double-press it.
Swipe the TradeSoft app away to force-close it in the background. (Just tapping the home button isn't enough, the app needs to be closed fully.)
Reopen TradeSoft from your home screen. Everything should load normally.
