Ten weeks after launch. Active members are signed-in accounts over 30 days in September 2026, gear exchanged is the total of completed trades, and the time to sell is a median. Every one of those people is a New Zealand airsoft player, which is the only audience you sell to anyway.

Starter is our free plan, and it is the whole point of this page. It is not a trial and it does not run out. Claim it, fill it in once, and every player who goes looking for a shop on TradeSoft can find yours.
A public business profile
Your logo, a description of what you sell and what you are good at, and a link to your own website. A proper home for your business inside the app, rather than a name somebody half-remembers from a Facebook comment.
Every store, on the map
Add each of your stores with its address and it shows on a map, so a player in your town can see there is a shop down the road. Online-only? Your profile and website link work just the same.
Listed in the business directory
TradeSoft has one directory of airsoft businesses, and your profile sits in it alongside the rest of the New Zealand trade. That is where players go when they want to buy new rather than second hand.
Contact details that stay current
Your email, phone and website, managed by you from a secure business dashboard. Business logins use two-factor authentication, so the account that speaks for your shop stays yours.

Sign up with your business email address. Have an authenticator app on your phone ready, because business accounts use two-factor authentication. It takes about five minutes.

We approve you
We check that the business is real and that you are the person to run it on TradeSoft. That keeps the directory to genuine New Zealand airsoft businesses.

Fill in your profile
Add your logo, description, stores and contact details from your dashboard. From then on you are in the directory, for free, for as long as you trade.

Paid plans put your stock in browse and search next to the rest of the marketplace, let buyers message you straight from a listing, and post your events to the community events feed. Every paid plan includes everything in Starter. Move up from your dashboard once you are approved, change or cancel any time.
* Only TradeSoft users who have verified their account with a phone number can leave a review for a business. It keeps spam and fake reviews off your profile.
Questions
Is the business profile really free?
Yes. Every business starts on the Starter plan, which is free with no card needed. It includes your public business profile, your contact details, stores and map, and a listing in the TradeSoft business directory. It is not a trial and it does not expire.
Do I have to sell through TradeSoft to have a profile?
No. Plenty of businesses use the free profile purely to be findable: players see who you are, where your stores are and how to reach you, then buy through your own website or in store. Listing stock on TradeSoft is an optional paid extra.
What do I need to register?
Your business email address and an authenticator app on your phone, because business logins are protected with two-factor authentication. Registration takes about five minutes.
Can I list products and events on the free plan?
Listings, events and CSV catalogue import come with the paid plans (Pro, Growth and Scale), which you can move to from your dashboard once you are approved. You can change or cancel a paid plan at any time, and your free profile stays either way.
I run an airsoft club, not a business. Is this for me?
Clubs have their own free setup on TradeSoft, with member verification and club events. See TradeSoft for clubs instead.
How is this different from advertising on TradeSoft?
A business profile gives you a home on TradeSoft: your profile, stores and directory listing, plus listings and events on the paid plans. Advertising is separate and puts your brand on screens across the whole app, including in front of people who have never visited your profile. See advertising on TradeSoft.
I just want to sell some of my own gear.
