A marketplace is only as good as the people on it.
Peer to peer trading lives or dies on one question: do I know who I am dealing with? Clubs already answer that question in the real world. You know your members, you have met them, you have played alongside them. Taking ownership of your club on TradeSoft brings that knowledge onto the platform where it protects everyone.
No ID handed to strangers
Vetting stays with the people who have actually met the member. Anywhere that asks players to upload a driver's licence or passport instead and is not an accredited identity provider: it is people you have never met, holding the documents that open your bank account, under no obligation to protect them. You cannot un-send a copy, and you cannot reissue a licence number like a password.
Scammers run out of room
An anonymous account has nothing standing behind it. A vouched member has a real group, and a genuine path of outreach if a trade goes wrong. The more clubs that take ownership, the fewer places there are to hide.

Control who is verified
Invite members by the email address on their TradeSoft account, see who has accepted, and suspend or remove verification at any time. If someone leaves the club, the badge leaves with them.
Your name on every member
Your club name shows on each verified member's profile and listings, linked to your website or Facebook page. Every trade your members make quietly advertises the club.

Set up your club details once and players across New Zealand can find you, see what you run and see when you next play. Good for recruiting, not just for trading.
A dashboard built for committees
Club logins require MFA / 2FA, so the account that vouches for your members is properly protected. Assign one or more committee members to manage the club.

Put your events on your own website.
Most clubs end up maintaining their calendar in two or three places and one of them is always out of date. TradeSoft gives you a single source of truth. Manage events in your club dashboard, generate a snippet, and paste it into your own site. It works anywhere you can add a block of HTML, including WordPress, Wix and Squarespace.

Your club may already be on TradeSoft.
We have added the details of registered New Zealand airsoft clubs across the country, region by region. If yours is one of them, it is sitting there waiting for someone from your committee to take ownership. If it is not there yet, we will set it up.
We cannot manage a club on its behalf, or add individual members to one. Ownership has to come from the club, which is exactly what makes the verification worth anything. Email us and we will walk you through the checks and get your dashboard live.

Get in touch
Email [email protected] from your club. We run our checks on the club and the people running it, then set you up as club manager.

Invite your members
Log in to the club dashboard, enable MFA, and invite members by the email on their TradeSoft account. They accept in the app and the badge goes live.

Load your calendar
Add your one-off and recurring events, then generate an embed and drop it onto your website. From then on you only ever update it once.
